I have not heard from Debi yet, who won the BAP giveaway. She did not give her email address, so I cannot contact her. Does anyone communicate with her? IF so, would you let her know she needs to contact me asap! IF I do not hear from her by the 22nd, I will draw again...

Alison received my Valentine exchange piece I sent, so I can show you now. I stitched a Quaker Heart freebie from Aury, on 32-count Belfast Bone linen, using HDF Tugtika silk floss. This was my first attempt at finishing a 'shaped' something... came out okay. I think we are now caught up with finishes. I had better get busy stitching! :) Hugs.
One for ME and one for Pat, whose birthday was Saturday. I stitched her Second Month by Plum Street Samplers, on a scrap of 32-count linen, using DMC as mostly called for in the chart, Finished as a pinkeep. And just for me, I finished the Literary Little Sweet Things by The Sampler Girl into one of those cute pillows, just in time for my birthday today! It is too cute!

I have more finishes done now... can only show two for now... First is a Literary Little by The Sampler Girl, and I will be making it into a pillow this weekend on the fabric in the background. I used a scrap of linen, and the DMC colors called for in the pattern. I just love Tanya's designs...got lots more to do! Next is LHN's February. Now, I have greatly modified it to colors of my choosing. It is MY birthday month and I like pink and purple, so ... it has been altered to reflect my preferences. I will be putting each of these in one frame, swapped out each month. Well, back to stitching... It is really windy and rainy here tonight... might be more snow tomorrow... Hugs.
I received my Valentine Exchange piece from Alison and it is just beautiful! Most of it is done over one--sooooo tiny! Alison said this is her first time doing this type of finish, and I just want to say it is PERFECT! And the little silver heart charm on the back is adorable! I love the ornament! A great big 'Thank you' is going across the pond to Alison! Hugs.

Ok, so I am a day late in announcing the giveaways... Yesterday I had a day at home (mostly alone) so I stitched!! I couldn't be pried away from my stitching... it was my reward for the weekend! Decided to have TWO giveaways...One is called Small Giveaway and the other is called BAP Giveaway. Here are the few rules: 1) all readers may enter with just a comment on this post telling me which giveaway you want and 2)YES, you can enter to win both. But PLEASE do not enter unless you WILL use the charts...eventually... Easy-peasy? Here are the charts for the Small Giveaway: Wishing Sheep by Shepherd's Bush (chart only, tho there is some thread left that will be included; Tiny Tidings XI by Lizzie Kate, brand new; Stitching Diva by Sherry Senicar (bought two!), brand new; and My Valentine also by Shepherd's Bush and also brand new. Then there is the BAP Giveaway, or better known as Big A$$ Piece Giveaway. There are three of these charts. They have all been opened and looked at, only one was stitched! They are: Rosemarkie by Long Dog Samplers; Fractal 23 by Cross Stitch Collectibles (only 30 pages long!!); and St. Georges also by Long Dog Samplers. So, good luck to everyone. International stitchers are welcome to enter. You can tell others about the giveaways -- the more the merrier! Drawing will be on the 15th, of course, and I will mail shortly after. Hugs.
